On Frankie Stein's first night in her new house that Maxis mostly created for me, I had her cook vegetable dumplings because she was starving. Big mistake as she has no cooking skill and the oven caught fire. The fire department was called and now my Sim is tense (it says that's what her mood is!) and she also had a nightmare and it was about the fire.
This game is wild. I have since installed a fire alarm, a burglar alarm, and got Frankie to sleep at like, 8 pm. Wish me luck on my second night in this haunted house. It's been a few nights and she's getting more well-adjusted to New Crest, the town I moved her into. Here she is in her cozy gamer room writing:
