Weekends

I've been working weekends for 2 years now. I work every Saturday and Sunday, early: my shift always starts between 8:00-9:00 am and I usually stay til after lunch which is 1 pm. It's about 5 hours, no break. Weekends are busy. We have 2 hosts and a wait-list at the door. We call it being "lobbied" and my boss announces to the kitchen around 2 pm when the lobby is clear.

I'm so lucky, I'm going to get all dressed up and sell, sell, sell today! 🍽️
