Did you know that there are over 15 major muscles in each leg? What about that your butt is the largest, heaviest and most powerful muscle in your body? Lifting weights changed my life. I hired my friend from Gloucester High School to start training me 3 years ago. My first leg day was on February 26th 2022. 

Turns out, lifting weights isn't only good for your body but for your brain, too. Day 300 in the gym is up-and-coming in around a month! My trainer counts the days.
